INSUCOAT THERMAL WATERPROOFING Rubberize/Sealer is a specially formulated waterproofing/sealer coating that is virtually odor free. Its special formulation lowers the VOC - (Volatile Organic Compounds) content, which adds to the odor of most paint coatings, as well as contributes to various forms of air pollution. This specially formulated waterproofing/sealer allows for application to a variety of exterior substrates in Homes, Hospitals, Office Buildings, Government Buildings, Schools, Hotels/Motels, Etc., where low VOC emission coatings can benefit the health concerns of these types of environments. It provides a smooth flat finish that has superior coverage, is spatter resistant and is easy to apply. (For exterior use only) For best performance please apply 2 coats.
